Our games are made by humans who love game development. We have no found no compelling reason to leave the practice of our craft to machine learning models.
We also prefer to create our own assets and toolsets over purchasing them from asset stores. When we do use purchased assets, we make an effort to avoid assets that were made with generative AI.
This policy applies to all of our game jam projects, as well as the full games we have under production. Our policy against generative AI use appears in all of our game design documents.
